The first challenge for this finance manager is to further develop the finance team for an international floriculture company and determine the financial strategy. Your work location is Rijnsburg and occasionally you work in Aalsmeer. About the position The Finance team acts as a Shared Service Center for the One Flora Group and takes care of the financial activities for 15 operating companies in NL/UK/SE.
- Solving complex issues in the field of accounting, tax and legal matters and managing the planning & control cycle.
- Preparing periodic reports for both internal and external purposes.
- Performing various financial analyses, such as cash flow and margin analyses.
- Active participation in acquisition and integration processes.
- Leading, coaching and directing the Finance team (12 FTE).
- You have approximately three to five years of experience in a financial management role.
- Have a professional command of the Dutch and English language
- The position is at HBO level and you have completed a course at this level in finance.
