We are looking for a deputy for our GBS location in the Carl Cohn School with immediate effect or at a later date.

• Further development of a diverse range of education and care offerings and cooperative management together with the school.
• Supporting the facility management of the GBS location with personnel and concept responsibility
• Team leadership
• Personnel and team development
• Planning and conducting service meetings
• Development of offers and holiday programs

• Expansion and maintenance of networks and cooperation in the district and with authorities

• An appreciative, dialogical and tolerant attitude towards children and adults
• A team player and independent personality with empathy and a cooperative leadership style as well as a willingness to reflect
• Experience in leading positions in the educational sector (school, daycare, after-school care, GBS) and in leading an educational team
• Academic qualification in the field of education or comparable
• Knowledge of the all-day school system, especially in GBS, and of educational work with primary school children is desirable
• Experience in collaborative processes
• Flexibility in dealing with challenging situations, ability to deal with conflict, as well as experience in crisis and conflict management
• Organizational skills, communicative competence and commitment, strong decision-making and resilient
• Knowledge of using administration software, very good computer skills in common Microsoft Office applications
