The Corporate Accounting Head will be the primary partner on activities by the Senior Director and will impose efficiencies and in every process and functions.
The Corporate Accounting Head will be responsible for managing the RTR processes of the assigned region. This position will be part of the Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) leadership team in implementing the Finance Leadership Team strategy.
- Review and sign-off on account transactions posting and reconciliations to ensure alignment to both statutory and managerial reporting requirements
- Will lead meetings, quarterly business reviews, with Controllers, and other meetings as required.
- Conduct performance management and career development processes, provide input for staffing and disciplinary actions, coaching and guidance
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance related courses
- CPA preferred
- Preferably with at least 5 years of Managerial level experience in Shared Service or BPO
- Experience in SAP and Blackline is preferred
- Basic US GAAP required
