One of Australia’s most well known ASX listed businesses is in the market for an experienced Shared Services professional to lead their multifunctional division. The role will be heavily focused on transformation through automation, offshoring, process improvement and improving team efficiency. Reporting directly into the CFO, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Lead, mentor, develop accounting services – transactional accounting teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll & People Services.
• Have led significant transformation projects including offshoring & automation.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across all divisions of the business
• Demonstrate leadership support for all departmental initiatives and organisational development activities, modelling expected behaviors to managers and staff to create a desired workplace culture
• Have a strategic approach to lowering business cost through shared services
• Lead high performing teams through coaching and mentoring, to build and grow operational capability

• Previous experience as a Shared Services Leader within a business of similar scale
• Ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally & externally.
• High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
• Oracle experience an advantage, otherwise large ERP experience. .
• Natural born leader, excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation.
