About the team

Accounting works in the shared services center at the holdings company for 12 locations along the west coast and is comprised of corporation accounting, accounting operations, and FP&A.

What you’ll do

Lead a large accounting operations team with 3 direct reports in AP, AR and Cash Management and 12 indirect reports.

• Manage accounting services (AP, AR, Cash Management, Payroll Audit & Risk)
• Develop KPIs to measure team performance and mentor and motivate team members
• Oversee the ERP system including general ledger data, maintenance of chart of accounts, and external systems interfacing to GL
• Apply appropriate internal controls and produce consolidation financial reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 10 years of accounting experience including 5 years leading a team
• Multi-site manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience with process and system automation
• Experience with developing policies, procedures and internal controls
