As a Group Controller you report to the Financial Director and you are in contact with both internal and external stakeholders. You are an important sparring partner for directors and management on financial issues and (financial) policy.
- taking care of the internal and external reporting of the entire KWS organization
- contribute to the (further) optimization and structuring of the organization
- contribute to the further personal development of people in the financial column
- further optimize the administrative organization and internal control, with an eye to simplifying processes
- solicited and unsolicited advice and support to directors, management and employees in both strategic and operational decision-making
- financially responsible for the asphalt company and the KWS infrastructure consultancy firm
- contribute to the further development of the Shared Service Center and the management of the ERP system
- You have an academic working and thinking level, combined with a relevant completed financial education
- You have 10 years (+) of work experience, of which at least several years in a managerial position
- You are a full-fledged sparring partner and actively participate in both strategic and operational decision-making
- You have an open and direct communication style
- You command respect through behavior, actions, personality and professional expertise
- You are assertive and switch quickly, you have persuasive power and know how to connect and win people over
- You have an eye for detail and structure, know how to set priorities and distinguish between main and secondary issues
- You are able to coach and inspire colleagues in a natural way
- You have a clear “hands-on” working attitude and a strongly developed sense of responsibility
- You are proactive, energetic and driven and achieve goals
- You fit into a no-nonsense and informal decentralized organization with its own autonomy
