• Manage HR operations within a shared services framework according to agreed service levels, collaborating with business HR leaders to set appropriate benchmarks for managing HR functions and fulfilling expectations.
• Continuously refine and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, communicating them effectively to employees.
• Oversee HR budgets, including expense tracking, future forecasting, and alignment with financial goals of the organisation.
• Collaborate with various departments to address HR needs, working closely with department heads to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead and motivate the HR operations team to deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance HR processes through the adoption of technology solutions and automation.
• Stay informed about HR trends and best practices by attending conferences, staying abreast of industry publications, and networking with peers in the HR community.

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• At least ten years of experience in HR management and administration, preferably in a shared services environment and/or using SAP HR system
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
