We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to spearhead the creation and operation of a shared service center for multiple Asian countries. This is a unique chance to build a high-performing team, streamline financial processes, and contribute significantly to the organization’s growth in the region.

• Lead the development and implementation of a Finance Shared Services Center from the ground up.
• Manage all critical financial functions, including billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting, for multiple Asian countries.
• Define and agree upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and meticulously monitor the center’s overall performance.
• Ensure all financial processes adhere to strict accuracy and timeliness standards, implementing robust controls and maintaining compliance with group policies, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Continuously improve and optimize financial processes, systems, and tax planning for both the business and the shared service center.
• Develop and implement clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient and effective team operation.
• Inspire and lead a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services within defined turnaround times.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to support Regional Finance Controllers and Finance Managers across Asia.
• Manage cash flow effectively, optimize cash balances, and closely track transactions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Relevant projects in real estate or hospitality market or companies within these industries.
• Extensive in setting up the shared services and specialized in AR, AP and GL functions.
• Proven track record of leading and building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in financial accounting, tax planning, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools, Netsuite and Cognos.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
