Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, HR Shared Services. In this role, you will be responsible for being an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike.
- Provide senior-level management and lead team on operational aspects for end-to-end HR operations with experience in recruitment and payroll processes
- Ensure an excellent experience for all stakeholders/customers of the processes
- Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas
- Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with the Recruitment & Payroll team & Process owners
- Work closely with Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India
- Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis
- Provide support to the team for critical and complex cases
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Participate and drive governance meetings with client stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to KPI’s and SLAs as agreed for the respective processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant years of experience in managing HR Operations including Recruitment & Payroll for North America market
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to manage relationships with client, & teams
- Bachelor’s or equivalent education
- Team leadership experience
- Required understanding in HRIS tools, (Workday) or similar HR solutions
- Required experience with ADP or similar Payroll solutions
- Identify, implement & oversee process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate data processing
- Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee Support Center & Payroll
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive client/stakeholder management experience to include supporting escalations
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- MBA/external certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
- Ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” – strategic, operational, and tactical
