We are looking for a skilled GM – Head IT Shared Services with 12+ years of experience. This role will be responsible for IT – Run the Business – setup and develop the current operations In IT – ERP SAP HANA S/4 – Applications landscape, Helpdesk, IT infrastructure operations, SOC, NOC, Policies, Systems, procedures, strategy and make organization efficient & effective by using appropriate technologies, platforms and tools, thereby creating competitive edge. Must have experience and exposure in Pharma manufacturing industry with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 related knowledge.

• Run the Business (RTB) operations.
• IT Helpdesk – Manage the teams and meet the Business SLAs
• IT Infrastructure – Plan, optimize and manage/monitor the current setup Plan and implement Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Plan and implement Business continuity plan for the IT environment.
• Strong skills in implementing and monitoring Cyber security.
• SAP HANA S/4:
• Develop and implement SAP /ERP Technology for the company in line with business requirement, regulatory framework, and Information security risk in discussion with Business and Function Heads. Ensure URS are defined, ROI calculated, risk identified. Projects are periodically reviewed during implementation to ensure its quality, cost, and timeliness.
• upgrade existing SAP HANA S/4 systems, good knowledge on SAP FICO, PP, SD, MRP, MM, SCM modules from SAP HANA.
• Identify providers for ERP/SAP infrastructure, ensure high uptime and service levels and minimal complaints during operations. Ensure critical infrastructure is upgraded time to time.
• Identify and deploy ERP /SAP systems for enabling business process workflow including sales & distribution, materials management, production planning and financial accounting. Identify data analytics requirement that can provide real time information to business leaders about markets, customer, products, equipment, financials. Create dashboards for timely and effective decision making.
• Identify and deploy ERP/SAP Based automation – QMS applications for Incident Management, Deviation, Investigation, CAPA & Change Control thereby ensuring high level of compliance. Ensure all IT systems are CFR Part 11 compliant.
• Identify security risk related to company’s data and information.
• Ensure appropriate measures & solutions like network cybersecurity/firewalls and authorization & access rights are deployed as per IT-ISO standards and managed efficiently.
• Build capable Team basis the IT strategy, with ERP/SAP and industry Applications.
• Guide direct-reports and conduct periodic review of their work-performance and facilitate development. Train & qualify end-users for various IT applications.
• Skilled in Vendor management, License management.

• To develop and deploy IT Applications strategy, managing the current applications and make organization efficient & effective by using appropriate technologies, platforms and tools, thereby creating competitive edge. Must have experience and exposure in Pharma manufacturing industry with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 related knowledge.
• Experienced in Pharma manufacturing industry application landscape.
• Experienced in GxP applications & machinery data controls, data protection and maintenance (Hands on)
• Experienced in Application vendor management and License Management
• Experienced in managing the teams who are responsible in Applications deployment, maintenance.
• Facilitate development. Train & qualify end-users for various IT applications.
• Skilled in preparing Contracts/Agreements, SLAs
• Managing the SLAs in both areas.
• Co-ordinating with other IT Functions.
• Candidate shall be Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science or Information Technology & Management with 15-20 years of experience in managing ERP/SAP Function in progressive FMCG, Chemicals, Foods, Healthcare industry preferably last 5-8 years in pharmaceutical industry.
