Reporting into the General Manager, Safety, People and Governance, the Senior Manager People Services is responsible for leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of user-centred services that support the effective management of PWC’s employee lifecycle.
Service delivery model
- Lead, manage and inspire the People Services team to deliver increasingly efficient, effective and progressive support for the
Corporation’s workforce
- Recognise and invest in the knowledge and skills of the People Services team to enable them to achieve their full potential.
- Lead and facilitate the integration and continuous improvement of user-centred systems, processes and procedures to support key channels of the service delivery model including on-demand online and service centre support.
- Create and foster adoption of a clear process for problem solving and innovation across the business unit. Create and enhance contemporary user-centred support mechanisms shaped by input from the SPG team, their internal customers and external stakeholders (as required), and where appropriate through the establishment of cross-functional teams and problem solving pools.
Performance Reporting and Improvements
- Influence strategic decision-making by generating and effectively delivering value-add people data, analytics and insights.
- Positively influence workforce capacity and capability through process transformation, increased accessibility, and automation.
- Lead and manage the design, planning and implementation of new approaches and ways-of-working to increase internal customer satisfaction as well as individual and team performance against service standards.
Stakeholder Partnerships
- Lead planning and delivery of internal customer service initiatives through creating engagement and consultation principles to embed change.
- Communicate and report on the program of People Services initiatives to realise KPIs and benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to validate project performance, business benefits, and adoption of continuous improvement.
