CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is recruiting an Operations Lead for the NASA Consolidated Applications and Platforms program. The Operations Lead will oversee the operations and maintenance of a portfolio of applications in an Agile environment to improve performance and availability of critical applications and timely resolution of issues and outages. You will be the program leader responsible for operations and maintenance strategy, implementation and execution; leading product development teams, network services, cybersecurity, and customer service teams to coordinate support of deployed systems.
- Lead critical end user applications in a highly Agile environment as both a mentor and technology leader.
- Manage daily production operations support over infrastructure, systems, services, & external interfaces
- Lead internal IT, Product, and Shared Services teams responsible for resolving operational support issues.
- Primary interconnection between Product Teams and ASF Operations Shared Services.
- Serve as Portfolio POC for hosting facilities/data centers.
- Ensure daily monitoring is performed timely for services, jobs and interfaces for failures, irregularities, and performance issues.
- Ensure team supports critical processes outside of normal hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Lead Release Managers, Product Teams, and Production teams delivering product releases into the field.
- Ensure Product and Operations Teams develop SOPs and processes for incident management and resolution.
- Lead rapid response to quickly resolve issues and outages.
- Provide senior leadership in incident support for end users as needed across portfolio of systems.
- Drive innovation through special projects and technical upgrades
- Monitor Tier 2 and 3 support ticket queues to promote rapid response by all portfolio teams.
- Communicate with senior customer stakeholders on reporting metrics (e.g., system data, error logs, & user reports)
- Responsible for operations support metrics and Portfolio service desk ticket queues.
- Frequently meet with Portfolio Owner, Service Delivery Manager and Hosting Facility POCs
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen with Public Trust clearance and the ability to obtain higher level clearance, if needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related. Experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
- 12+ years of related technical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience supporting production deployed systems
- Experience with a variety of technology stacks and platforms (.NET, Java, SQL, ColdFusion, etc.)
These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have
- Experience managing operations in an Agile environment
- Experience with SecDevOpps and Agile processes and/or tools
