Our HR team offers a wide range of shared services for the companies in our medium-sized group of companies, from employer branding to recruiting, personnel development, payroll and contract management. In addition, we are in close contact with the management teams and always have an open ear for our employees.

  • Leading and controlling a team of three with a focus on HR controlling, payroll and administration
  • Planning, analysis and reporting of operational and strategic personnel KPIs for a defined support group
  • Standardization of personnel controlling including identification of optimization potential
  • Target group-oriented preparation, presentation and interpretation of complex data sets for reports and ad-hoc analyses
  • Coordination and HR support of the personnel cost planning processes as well as budget planning including analysis throughout the year
  • Identification and analysis of planning deviations as well as the following targeted recommendations for action and corrective measures
  • Regular evaluation and reporting to management and human resources management
  • Responsibility for complex intra- and cross-team projects
  • Responsibility for the reliable execution of payroll accounting and all associated follow-up activities for various companies – together with your team
  • A completed degree with a focus on controlling or human resources management is desirable, at least a completed commercial degree. Training
  • Significant several years of professional experience in personnel controlling in a medium-sized group of companies, preferably within a matrix organization
  • Initial professional and disciplinary management experience is desirable
  • Experience in reporting complex (variable) compensation models
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll as well as income tax and social security law
  • Experience in implementing HR controlling tools desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent, goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
