- Analysis and review of monthly costs and KPIs
- Support in the further development of a KPI landscape in the area of the shared service center and on structural costs
- Advising a wide range of stakeholders using decision-supporting analyses, reports, forecasts and statistics
- Derivation of recommendations for action and creation of effective presentations for management and those responsible for the business areas
- Creation of monthly reports and forecasts with comprehensive deviation analyzes including plausibility analyzes during the month-end closing
- Optimization of controlling processes and systems
- Taking on projects to increase cost efficiency and other financial projects
- Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, human resources or IT or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in finance – ideally experience in a corporate and shared service environment
- Very good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel, as well as knowledge of using SAP
- High level of initiative, analytical thinking, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
