As the Chief Shared Services Officer, you will lead our Shared Services division, overseeing IT & digital solutions, procurement, and administrative support functions.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Align division goals with organizational strategy while considering commercial objectives.
- Manage staff, plan activities, and evaluate outcomes to meet organizational objectives.
- Forecast budget requirements, analyze variances, and take corrective actions!
- Maintain quality service, enforce standards, and recommend improvements.
- Support strategic problem-solving and decision-making.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Supervise team activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Lead, delegate responsibilities, and oversee business operations.
- Set vision, motivate the team, and establish achievable deadlines.
- Report performance results, escalate issues, and negotiate solutions.
- Communicate job expectations, monitor progress, and appraise results.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate services to support organizational objectives.
- Align IT strategy with Sofon Corporate strategy and IT governance.
- Manage infrastructure, systems, networks, and data continuity.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring effective delivery and risk mitigation.
- Develop applications, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical support for information systems continuity.
- Monitor technology solutions and vendor relations for procurement.
- Manage administrative activities to support premises and data.
- Bachelor’s degree in management or similar field
- 15+ years in a related field, with 10+ years in leadership roles (Directorships, Managerial)
- Master’s degree in management or similar field (preferred)
