As the Chief Shared Services Officer, you will lead our Shared Services division, overseeing IT & digital solutions, procurement, and administrative support functions.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Align division goals with organizational strategy while considering commercial objectives.
• Manage staff, plan activities, and evaluate outcomes to meet organizational objectives.
• Forecast budget requirements, analyze variances, and take corrective actions!
• Maintain quality service, enforce standards, and recommend improvements.
• Support strategic problem-solving and decision-making.

Managerial Responsibilities:

• Supervise team activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Lead, delegate responsibilities, and oversee business operations.
• Set vision, motivate the team, and establish achievable deadlines.
• Report performance results, escalate issues, and negotiate solutions.
• Communicate job expectations, monitor progress, and appraise results.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate services to support organizational objectives.
• Align IT strategy with Sofon Corporate strategy and IT governance.
• Manage infrastructure, systems, networks, and data continuity.
• Lead IT projects, ensuring effective delivery and risk mitigation.
• Develop applications, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical support for information systems continuity.
• Monitor technology solutions and vendor relations for procurement.
• Manage administrative activities to support premises and data.

• Bachelor’s degree in management or similar field
• 15+ years in a related field, with 10+ years in leadership roles (Directorships, Managerial)
• Master’s degree in management or similar field (preferred)
