Our client is a technical services company with multiple services worldwide. The local countries’ HR teams have a dotted line relationship to the group HR team based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will spearhead the HRBP, C&B and HR Shared Services functions and work together with the Head of TA and L&TD to drive the overall group HR strategies for their HK group office and offshore countries. You will act as the key HR advisor to the leadership team, and act as the gate keeper on HR policy, audit and compliance for the group. You will work closely with the department heads on budget management, manpower planning, performance management, succession planning and facilitate the conversations around bonus allocation , annual salary increment, retention and potential global mobility opportunities. You will stay close with the business direction and its performance, review the organization structure and identify organisational and talent development initiatives to facilitate the company’s growth.

Degree qualified, you will have more than 15 -18 years of HR generalist experience with a minimum of 8-10 years in a senior management position preferably from sizable multinational organizations with a regional or group level remit. Experience working with a westernized and multi-cultural leadership team will be essential, open to non-local candidates with no Chinese language skills.
