  • Regulatory reporting and checking in relation to Banking (Exposure Limit) Rule
  • Leave administration and reporting
  • Insurance benefits including Group Life, Accidental Death and Disablement, medical and flexible spending account
  • Staff mortgage loan and staff tax loan
  • Banking privileges including staff account, staff preferential interest rate and credit card
  • Club membership – luncheon and recreation club
  • Service recognition award
  • Share plans – iShares and restricted share plan
  • Staff recognition programs – iTQ & WeTQ
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR management or other related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR benefits administration, preferably in sizable organization
  • Have growth/experimental mindset by learning, rethinking options, making changes and providing timely and constructive feedback
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and relevant Banking Ordinance (BELR)
  • Strong PC skills on MS Excel & Word application
  • Embrace technology and with open mind to acquire knowledge and skills in areas of data and digitization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detailed mind, proactive and high accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure and complete work assignments on schedule
  • Knowledge in SAP & Workday is an asset
