We are seeking an experienced Head of People Technology to join our People Technology team in our new shared capability center (HSCC) based in Hyderabad.

• Capability Setup – Work closely with People Technology management and broader Group HR Operations leadership team to enable the establishment of People Technology capabilities within the HSCC.
• Service Delivery – Oversee the day-to-day service delivery of People Technology services delivered from the HSCC, where required, to ensure timely and high-quality support to meet operational needs.
• Emerging Technologies – Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market practices within the People Technology landscape, to inform future business strategy.
• Emerging Technologies – Evaluate the potential impact of new technologies on existing process and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational performance within People Technology and other areas across Group HR Operations where required.
• Data Security & Compliance – Ensure the highest standards of data security and compliance within People Technology operations.
• Technology Roadmap Implementation – In partnership with existing management teams, deliver on the People Technology roadmap including risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Collaboration across People Technology – Work collaboratively with the People Technology teams globally to share best practices, leverage global solutions, and contribute to the development of a unified technology strategy.
• Dotted Reporting Line – As part of Global Operating Model, provide ‘on-the-ground’ support to People Technology teams within the HSCC including support, guidance, and alignment with overall team objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in initiating and growing People Technology functions in shared service centres.
• Knowledge and management experience of People Technology systems (Workday preferred) and their respective modules.
• Experience in implementing AI, ML, and Test Automation solutions in the HR domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
