Position : Procurement Senior Manager

Company Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Working Hours : flexi, subject to line manager approval, need to pick up night calls

Working Location : Tower 5, Avenue 7, The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

• Organizational leadership through ownership of the end to end support model including all resources, results, and developing future capabilities and technology
• Leading the skills development and performance management within the team in an informed manner
• Delivering a best practice organization through a strong team and infrastructure
• Developing and deploying a global team of experts in captive centers and local countries that provide outstanding advice and guidance to all Procurement Users
• Collaborate with key organizations to ensure we meet their varied needs.
• Deploy a strong knowledge base supported by continuous improvement and technology.
• Collaborate with other support centers to find opportunities to leverage best practices, share resources and solutions.
• Ensure you understand the end user needs from a holistic procurement perspective

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• 15 years of procurement experience with senior level leadership (or equivalence) experience
• Broad based S2C and P2P system experience
• Deep procurement experience across Sourcing and Category
• Have end to end procurement experience
• Demonstrated experience collecting and driving transformation through industry best practices
• Very strong communication skills
• Technical expertise with Procurement systems and tools. Have exposure to Ariba & SAP
• Able to commence within immediately.
