We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive the transformation of our GBS center in Mexico. This individual will be at the forefront of implementing our global GBS strategy, leveraging the latest market trends and benchmarks. As the Head of GBS Transformation and Operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our GBS center in Mexico. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and elevate operational excellence.
GBS Strategy Deployment:
- Collaborate with global GBS leaders to deploy our transformation strategy at the regional level.
- Contribute to defining best-in-class GBS practices, aligning with industry trends.
- Champion the integration of cutting-edge methodologies and tools
Change Leadership:
- Lead complex change initiatives, including digital transformation, process optimization, and organizational restructuring.
- Develop a robust change management framework tailored to the local market.
- Engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive adoption of new processes
Digital Transformation:
- Leverage technology to revolutionize our GBS operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and data analytics.
- Drive the adoption of digital solutions across functions.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing processes within GBS service lines (Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, Real Estate & Facility Management).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize efficiency and quality
Strategic Decision making
- Contribute to making critical decisions related to support functions processes.
- Oversee existing common processes (e.g., Connect to Resolve, Automation Center of Excellence, Transformation Portfolio Management).
- Balance short-term gains with long-term sustainability.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Represent GBS in strategic discussions and influence decision-making.
Risk Management:
- Anticipate risks associated with transformation initiatives.
- Mitigate potential challenges and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for GBS transformation.
- Regularly report progress to senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in GBS, including management roles and project leadership.
- Proven success in driving change and achieving operational excellence.
- Hands-on experience leading digital transformation initiatives within GBS organizations.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to drive adoption of digital tools and solutions across functions.
- Multinational company experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GBS processes and tools.
