Account-to-Report (A2R) Processes

• Run defined company’s A2R processes from the Hub.
• Contribute to accounting data recording and financial report production.

Processes

• Fixed assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Cash Accounting, Closing & Reporting, Audit support, and Master Data/Continuos Improvement Activities.

Role of the Head Hyderabad Hub

• Member of the Global A2R Leadership Team and part of the Hub Leadership.
• Leads the transition journey from 2024 to first half of 2026.

Main Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Deliver efficient, high-quality, and compliant A2R activities in alignment with the A2R global Core Model.
• Continuous Improvement/Projects: Promote best-in-class processes and policies, standardize and simplify A2R processes, and deliver A2R projects supporting the A2R strategic roadmap.
• Company’s Hub Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand A2R activities, ensure smooth transition of new activities, and arbitrate operational issues.
• Stakeholders’ Management / User Experience: Ensure A2R Core Model components are well understood, establish relationships with stakeholders, and collect stakeholders feedback.

• 20+ years of experience in Finance domain.
• Experience in A2R delivery.
• Track record in managing transformation programs and process improvement.
• Experience working within or with a Shared Service.
• Must have supervised teams and a 360-degree view on accounting processes.

Expected Skills

• Understanding of Accounting processes and relevant Finance processes.
• Knowledge of Global A2R Core Model and Target Operating Model.
• Knowledge of SAP and digital technologies.
• Strategic thinking and deep dive into operational problems.
• Strong leadership skills.
