Account-to-Report (A2R) Processes
- Run defined company’s A2R processes from the Hub.
- Contribute to accounting data recording and financial report production.
Processes
- Fixed assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Cash Accounting, Closing & Reporting, Audit support, and Master Data/Continuos Improvement Activities.
Role of the Head Hyderabad Hub
- Member of the Global A2R Leadership Team and part of the Hub Leadership.
- Leads the transition journey from 2024 to first half of 2026.
Main Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Deliver efficient, high-quality, and compliant A2R activities in alignment with the A2R global Core Model.
- Continuous Improvement/Projects: Promote best-in-class processes and policies, standardize and simplify A2R processes, and deliver A2R projects supporting the A2R strategic roadmap.
- Company’s Hub Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand A2R activities, ensure smooth transition of new activities, and arbitrate operational issues.
- Stakeholders’ Management / User Experience: Ensure A2R Core Model components are well understood, establish relationships with stakeholders, and collect stakeholders feedback.
People Management Role Overview
- Communicates global and hub strategies.
- Sets staff objectives and assesses contributions.
- Develops team skillset for evolving roles in A2R.
- Oversees hiring process and manages career path.
- Fosters performance culture within team.

Experience Overview
- 20+ years of experience in Finance domain.
- Experience in A2R delivery.
- Track record in managing transformation programs and process improvement.
- Experience working within or with a Shared Service.
- Must have supervised teams and a 360-degree view on accounting processes.
Expected Skills
- Understanding of Accounting processes and relevant Finance processes.
- Knowledge of Global A2R Core Model and Target Operating Model.
- Knowledge of SAP and digital technologies.
- Strategic thinking and deep dive into operational problems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to build good collaboration with stakeholders and departments.
- Good change management skills.
- Strong communication and program and project management skills.
