We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, HR Shared Services, to lead a transformative HR Shared Services team as we shift our structure to provide centralized support for common HR transactions, reporting and day-to-day support. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of key HR processes, HR case management, metrics and reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs), and have a proven record of developing, implementing, and executing successful operations strategies in an HR Shared Services Center environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management, process improvement, change management, and team development skills. The Senior Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR services across the organization.

Leadership & Team Development: Lead the HR Shared Services team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, professional growth, and exceptional performance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Strategy Development & Execution: Design and execute effective operations strategies for the HR Shared Services Center, ensuring they support the overall objectives of the organization and enable our HR Partner community. Evaluate and refine these strategies based on performance data and changing business needs.

AskHR Case Management: Oversee the HR case management process ensuring effective resolution of HR issues and queries. Implement best practices and technologies to enhance case management efficiency and effectiveness while leveraging feedback to identify opportunities for process & employee experience improvement.

Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive metrics and reporting framework for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR Shared Services. Utilize data to drive decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate value to the organization.

Project Management: Lead and manage HR-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Apply best practices in project management to achieve desired outcomes.

Process Improvement & Change Management: Identify opportunities for process and employee experience improvement and lead change management initiatives to optimize HR Shared Services operations. Drive innovation and efficiency improvements while managing the impact on the team and broader organization.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure HR Shared Services aligns with and supports business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor and partner on HR operational matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an HR Shared Services environment.
- Proven record of developing and implementing successful HR operations strategies.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading complex HR projects.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on metrics and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders and teams.
- Experience with Workday Human Capital Management system highly preferred
