• Responsible for the construction and operation of the management system of the Financial Shared Service Department, formulating relevant systems and monitoring their implementation;
• Formulate the strategic goals, implementation plans and annual work plans of the Financial Shared Services Department, implement specific arrangements, resource allocation and personnel communication for various tasks, and promote the implementation of goals;
• Responsible for the establishment of the financial shared services department, including demand collection, program process design and review, and coordination of resources to promote the construction of financial shared services;
• Coordinate the group’s accounting work, improve financial accounting policies, lead and supervise the shared service center to provide financial accounting services to each company in accordance with work standards and requirements, and continuously refine accounting accuracy in accordance with management requirements;
• Responsible for all operations and management of the Financial Shared Services Department, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the department, and ensuring that all financial data provided are timely, authentic and accurate
• Guide and optimize the business processes, management systems and system platforms of the Financial Shared Services Department, participate in evaluation design, supervise implementation and other work, and promote process efficiency improvement;
• Maintain and manage internal customer relationships, investigate and follow up on customer satisfaction, and promote financial sharing. Each operation team develops and implements improvement plans;
• Provide corresponding data information for strategy formulation and business decision-making of the group headquarters, regional companies, and project companies.

• Bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management and other majors are preferred;
• More than 10 years of relevant work experience, more than 5 years of experience in sharing center operations and team management;
• Familiar with accounting standards and national fiscal and taxation policies, and familiar with the accounting standardization requirements of listed companies;
• Have experience in building and launching medium-to-large financial projects or systems;
• Applicants with experience in the new energy industry or related work experience will be given priority;
• Have good communication and expression skills, and be able to effectively coordinate the working relationship with other links;
