The future focussed HR organization would largely possess a strong Onshore Partnering Team and the CoEs, complimented by a robust Service Delivery Team offering top class services to employees from the HR Centre Bangalore. We are looking for Senior Regional Delivery Manager to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore, IN.
The position reports to the Head of HR Shared Services.
- The purpose of this role is seamless service delivery i.e., implementation of HR initiatives to support business through a team of Subject Matter experts. The incumbent is expected to be proactive and reinforce the service delivery proposition, by rolling out fit-for-purpose initiatives, with an aim to improve employee experience and overall engagement in the region.
- The role requires strategic thinking and influencing critical decisions. The incumbent will collect and inspect insights from onshore Field HR i.e., HR BPs and business units to develop action plans for improving the overall services from HR Centre.
- The most important of all is to create a sustainable path for the delivery to be seamless, with robust investment in Processes, workforce planning, retention of top talent, foster innovation, identify and develop skills for the future.
- The incumbent is expected to advice the onshore teams on various matters concerning HR Processes/ Applications etc and take the main on all HR matters/ HR Projects in the Region and act as an extended arm (Strategic Partner) for regions.
HR Transformation –
- Direct and Champion the HR Transformation project for HR Centre, working alongside the HRSS Leaders.
- Assist & lead in operationalizing the plans w.r.t to Process Standardization, Automation etc with the goal of consolidating the service offerings and offering best in class experience to the staff from HR Centre.
What Will You Contribute?
- The incumbent in this role should possess strong partnership skills besides the ability to influence critical decisions from time to time. Experience in working in complex environments and managing stakeholder expectations while supervising the team is a key requirement for this role.
- To deliver the necessary strategic business outcomes, the incumbent should have a breadth of experience in Service Delivery, preferably in a leadership capacity. Exposure to functional roles, such as Finance and IT, would be a plus. Working experience in a COE HR model (HRBP, HR shared services, and HR COEs such as Reward, L&TD, and so on) will also be advantageous.
- This role requires distinctive technical know-how, collaborative outlook and business acumen for greater effectiveness. Experience/ exposure in data and analytics is essential. Being a senior role, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be an asset.

- Atleast 1 successor ready in 12months.
- Transformation Program –
- Scoping and Implementation of Plans as directed from Time to time and work closely with Transformation Team.
- Alignment to Phases 1, 2 & 3 (Regional Implementation).
- Work closely with key stakeholders/ CoEs as per the requirement.
