• Develop a strategic vision and a detailed plan for the implementation of the Shared Service Center in alignment with the organization’s objectives
• Ensure the implementation of human resources services in the region, promoting compliance with global standards and best practices
• Establish and lead the first phase of the services team in the region, guiding and executing service processes according to global standards.
• Lead, develop and train team members to foster company growth
• Join the CoE process team to lead the designated shared service center processes.
• Identify, design and standardize human resources processes and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery throughout the region
• Facilitate the training and development of staff involved in the shared services centre, ensuring they are equipped with the skills necessary to deliver a high quality service.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the implementation of Shared Service Center for human resources working at a regional and international level
• Leadership
• Assertive communication
• Advanced English level (non-negotiable)
• Advanced Intermediate Portuguese Level (desirable)
• Strong data analysis capabilities
