- Develop and implement HR shared services strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR shared services.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and technologies that support shared services delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of shared services programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead the design and implementation of employee experience programs, tools, and initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering strong relationships with employees and promoting open communication.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations related to HR shared services and employee experience programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR shared services initiatives into overall organizational strategies and goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HR shared services staff, fostering a high-performance team culture and promoting professional development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR shared services and employee experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 12 years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a global organization.
- Experience with managing a shared services center within a global service center, including the outsourcing of payroll services and implementation of technology to drive efficiency and a positive user experience.
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented and matrix-structured environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business in keeping with company values and culture.
- Great relationship-building skills and a passion for helping others to develop.
- Good judgment, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative style.
