Providence is calling a Senior Manager Demand Planning and Forecasting.
- Focus on achieving Providence’s recently focused investment in shifting corporate shared services functions from a service delivery to a service performance mindset
- Focus on outcomes over activity
- Have a proven track record in demand management, strategic planning, and team leadership
- Play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring alignment between supply and demand in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment
- Partner with the Business Intelligence and Technology vertical
- Work closely with Sourcing and Operations leaders to ensure supply reliability and resiliency, including implementation of cost-savings and strategic optimization programs
- Work to elevate the performance of our supply chain (e.g., substantial improvement in performance, cost, etc.) based on REH’s priorities
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering or another related field of study
- 8+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting
- 6+ years of leadership experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Research or another related field of study
