- Collaborate with the Head of EMEA of HR Services to align operational performance with the regional direction.
- Lead and manage a service delivery team in Czech and Slovakia (approx. 27 FTE and 2 Team Leads)
- These two centers provide service to approx. 10K Heads (and still growing) divided over DSC, DGF and Freight
- Reports to the VP, Lead of HRS EMEA
- Partner with business leaders to develop strategies aligning with DHL Business Divisions’ goals
- Ensure compliance, manage audits, and maintain strategic relationships with business Unit HR leaders
- Drive performance, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance through Key Performance Indicators
- Oversee financial reporting, risk management, and P&L targets
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Shared Services or similar roles in an international company
- Proficient in English and Czech/Slovak (written and spoken)
- Extensive service and operational leadership with experience managing large teams
- Exposure to logistics in a B2B environment, with experience in Payroll or HR Operations
- Commercial focus with a proven track record of achieving challenging performance targets
- Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
