• Analysis and identification of technological and process optimization potential in our global IT shared service centers
• Definition, specification and coordination of requirements in collaboration with specialist teams and international stakeholders
• Independent implementation of (partial) projects, from the creation of solution concepts to monitoring the implementation through to project completion
• Analysis and evaluation of technical solution systems and architectures
• Continuous observation of the IT market for new technology and automation developments (e.g. chatbots, RPA, AI)
• Coordination of cross-departmental decisions for end-to-end processes

What you should bring with you.

• Successfully completed business or information technology studies
• Relevant project or (strategy) consulting experience in project management
• High level of initiative, structured methodical approach and willingness to innovate and change
• Experience with software solutions (preferably ServiceNow)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications

Which is desirable

• Experience in an international trading environment (retail) or shared service
• Sound process knowledge in ITIL-based IT service management
