An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned finance professional to take the helm of our new FSSC, overseeing the R2R operation. This role offers a unique chance to shape and drive the success of our Division’s Finance Operations in a collaborative and innovative environment. The R2R Manager will play a critical role in building, implementing, and optimising the R2R financial process and services.
As an RTR Manager (On-site, Cyberjaya), you will be at the forefront of establishing our new FSSC. You will be responsible for leading the RTR operation, providing strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide strategic input in designing and execution of the establishment and growth of the RTR operations within the FSSC
- Co-lead the transition and setup of the RTR operation of the Finance SSC, ensuring a seamless transition of financial process, systems, and data.
- Collaborate with IT and other Business Units to implement the systems and technology tools required to support all units.
- Develop a comprehensive training program for SSC employees in collaboration with HR.
- Provide inputs on best practices for existing financial processes and work towards standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee RTR day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial services to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement quality assurance to maintain high standards of accuracy
The ideal candidate for the RTR Manager (On-site, Cyberjaya) role is a seasoned finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant professional certifications. You bring over 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a substantial tenure in leadership roles, particularly in RTR or overall management of shared services. You have a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and implementing financial technologies. Proficiency in SAP will be added advantage for this role. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills make you an effective leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Substantial tenure in leadership roles, particularly in RTR or overall management of shared services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
