MHS is seeking a full-time on-site Director, Shared Services. This position reports to the Vice President of Finance & Shared Services.

Responsible to oversee all operational functional matters for shared services between Milton Hershey School (MHS) and Catherine Hershey Schools (CHS), ensuring both entities follow the guidelines of the shared services agreement, and resolves disagreements. This role is key for the execution and performance of this function at CHS and CHS Centers adhering to corporate formalities, and ensures a roadmap is developed and executed for the capability buildout at CHS and to support their long-term and replicable success. This position also manages the day-to-day operations of the Shared Services function and is a member of the Steering Committee.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Eight or more years of successful experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in the operations of early learning centers of excellence.  Experience with expansion & replication a plus.
• Demonstrated skills include collaborating, aligning, problem-solving, ensuring compliance, and reporting.
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
