Automation and Digitization: Collaborate with the operations team to automate and digitize SSC processes, improving workflow efficiency.

Budgeting and Monitoring: Develop and manage budgets for IT requirements, including regular monitoring and periodic upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Responsible for budgeting and tracking SSC IT expenses, ensuring financial alignment with organizational goals.

Maintenance and Security Audit: Oversee the maintenance of all applications and conduct regular security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.

Infrastructure Management: Understand and manage both in-house and cloud infrastructure setups, ensuring proper maintenance and monitoring of usage.

Root Cause Analysis: Possess the ability to investigate and identify the root cause of technical issues, providing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.

Technological Awareness: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to incorporate relevant advancements into the SSC’s IT infrastructure.
