- Shaping Finance Hub strategy in alignment with the strategy of HGSS Center and HEINEKEN Global Finance Strategy
- Defining and implementing stream strategy, priorities, and deliverables (PtP, OtC, RtR, FP&A) aligned with Global Process Owners
- Primary ownership for the service delivery quality and timeliness
- Primary ownership for effective internal control’s environment and mitigation of ant deficiencies in controls execution
- Primary ownership for stakeholder satisfaction measured by NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Assessing and putting in place mitigating measures for process and people related risks
- Being responsible for stream budget planning and delivery of actuals in line with Annual Plan and Rolling Forecast
- Building CPI mind-set by challenging the status quo in process execution and ways of working
- Owning delivery of yearly FTE productivity in the stream by shaping CPI, automation and AI pipeline
- Delivering Business Value to the Operating Companies by direct impact on Cash, Working Capital and P/L management
- Fostering Business Acumen development for Finance Hub, cross stream collaboration and talent development
- Energizing and inspiring teams to deliver on the business strategy by displaying passionate, collaborative and encouraging leadership
- Anticipating development of strategic capabilities for Finance Hub and ensuring proper workforce planning, development, and upskilling plans
- At least 7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Process Management role
- At least 5 years of experience as senior people leader managing managers (2nd level)
- Successful career record as experienced and mature people leader
- Proven successful track in management (process, people, function)
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
- An entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
- Business acumen
- Experience in defining and governing change control and issue resolution forums
- Experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting performance
- Experience in embedding a performance oriented and customer led culture
- A drive for continuous professional development in self and others
- Excellent written and verbal English
