Renowned association in France in the medico-social sector
At least 10 years of experience in financial functions
APF France handicap is a major French association, recognized as being of public utility, for the defense and representation of people with disabilities and their loved ones. Bringing together 85,000 players, including nearly 15,000 employees, it intervenes in all areas of daily life thanks to its national proximity network of more than 550 structures (delegations, social and medico-social services and establishments and adapted companies). The association works for equal rights, citizenship, social participation and free choice of life for people with disabilities and their families.
- Define and update the association’s accounting standards,
- Functionally lead the network of Accounting-Payroll Shared Service Center Directors,
- Monitor the accounting regulations applicable to the association, document them and disseminate them internally,
- Ensure the consolidation of accounts, budgets and periodic reporting and check their consistency. As the association is not subject to consolidation accounting rules, this work consists of a summation of the accounts of our various establishments, by sectors of activity and/or by regions, with the elimination of certain internal flows,
- Ensure the analysis of consolidated data and comment on it for internal management and governance bodies, relying where applicable on the conclusions of national or regional management control,
- Update financial processes,
- Perform certain related administrative tasks.
- With minimum Bac +5 training or more (business school, master 2, chartered accountant, etc.), the Accounting and Consolidation Director has at least 10 years of experience in finance functions (management control or accounting department ), ideally in the medico-social or health sector.
- You have solid skills in the areas of:
- Accounting
- Finance and management
- You have analytical and synthesis skills,
- A certain interpersonal skills and know how to work in a multi-site environment.
- You master accounting and financial specificities.
- Knowledge of tax regulations applicable to associations would be a plus.
