• Lead and develop a high performing team that strives to deliver quality services to the business in Finance, Procurement and Planning
• Drive best practice operations across all Hub functions including Finance, Procurement and Planning and act as an escalation point
• Continuously review processes, data, drive automations to improve Hub function and add value to the wider business
• Maintain a robust internal control environment
• Continually measure outputs, capability and success criteria of the Hub
• Continually evolve the Hub structure and processes to meet internal demands
• Responsible for transitioning processes from Business Units to Hub
• Drive decision making and strategy development to shape future Hub direction
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Units and Global Process Owners to continually improve quality, efficiency and synergies

• Master degree in Finance (ACCA or CIMA qualification would be an additional asset)
• +10 years’ experience in the managerial role including several years in multinational environment
• Extensive experience in managing shared services organizations (FMCG industry experience preferred)
• Robust experience in finance/process/people leadership roles
• Strong exposure to transitioning complex processes and platforms (including ERP)
• Demonstrable change management and continuous improvement track record
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills with fluent English
