Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable function within the Hyva Finance Shared Service Center. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, collections, and reconciliations while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and credit management.
  • Supervise a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to optimize Accounts Receivable operations and mitigate credit risk.
  • Coordinate the implementation and utilization of a global tool for the collection process, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
  • Monitor accounts aging and work closely with customers to resolve overdue balances in a timely manner, maintaining a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to address customer inquiries and disputes effectively.
  • Assist the Group Treasurer with treasury matters including funding, opening credit lines, credit insurances etc.
  • Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable reports and metrics to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Shared Service Center, leveraging project management experience where necessary.
  • Oversee and guide team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help achieve individual and collective goals
  • Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience
  • English advanced
  • Experience in a multi-national environment/Shared Service Organizations
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable principles, processes and best practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Accounts Receivable software.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management experience preferred.
