An exciting and challenging role for a listed tech business. This client is looking for someone to join on an interim basis for a period of 12 months during a period of significant change and transformation.

The role will be a fairly even balance of BAU finance leadership and finance transformation.

• Identify and support the stabilisation and enhancement of all R2R activities undertaken by the team.
• Identify and drive process, system, and control improvements.
• Ensure accurate, timely and complete R2R accounting transactions for our US businesses.
• Monthly close process and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Oversee, prepare, and post journal entries.
• Review and prepare monthly account reconciliations.

• Big 4 trained with strong technical accounting knowledge
• Degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10 years + of professional accounting experience.
• Strong experience in driving process, data, and system efficiencies
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to work within a matrix environment.
• Experience in a process driven environment such as shared services or outsourcing.
• US tax and regulatory framework desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Pivot Tables and Formulas.
