My clients is a market-disrupting & highly acquisitive group with a diverse portfolio of businesses. They are currently seeking to appoint a director of finance transformation. Due to a sustained period of substantial acquisitions, the group is creating a central service model.
You will be tasked with working closely with the group’s board of directors to develop the group’s financial transformation strategy. Assessing the current working practices across multiple locations, functions and businesses within the group. Leading to the ultimate design of a best in class finance function.
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience of working with large complex finance functions at group level. Ideally with prior shared service background. Previous experience of working within a consultancy environment will also be advantageous.
