We are looking for senior professionals with experience selling Digital Finance and Shared Services . You will be responsible for driving Strategy and growth opportunities through developing and maintaining effective key relationships.Execute a winning and scalable sales and Business Development strategy

The role will involve selling Business Services across Industry Segments, expanding existing Customers and selling Consulting, Digital Finance, Back Office Operations, Business Process Services (Finance & Shared Services) etc

The role is supported by Pre-Sales & Solutions teams.

  • 10-15+ years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting / Outsourcing / BPO firm with Hunting and /OR Farming role and good understanding of Digital and Automation drivers in the outsourcing industry.
  • You will be responsible for selling entire portfolio of solution offerings BPO services / IT Outsourcing services and capabilities to customers clearly articulating our value proposition and differentiators
  • Identify market trends relevant to increasing opportunities, revenue, and account penetration
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships that will increase the deployment of solutions and services
  • Establish, build, and maintain key executive and partnering relationships

The ideal candidate for this role will be

  • Sales and account management professional with a proven track record of driving new business and managing executive level relationships. In addition to the following skills and experience:
  • 10+ years of proven track record and experience selling BPO services / IT Outsourcing services / Pref of Finance and Shared Services transformation
  • Develop and optimize a sales pipeline, manage pursuit strategies focused on senior executives
  • Consultative sales experience, and ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Track record of meeting and/or over-achieving sales revenue targets
  • Experience in implementing best practices sales methodologies and techniques
