LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a professional services company in the healthcare space that is seeking a Controller of Shared Services, to oversee the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Serve as a business partner to our clients, understanding their unique needs and providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, and oversee the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures as needed.
• Manage the full scope of accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience with full scope accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
