The Corporate Controller at our client’s organization is a key leader in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, policy implementation, and internal controls. Reporting to the CFO, this role collaborates closely with teams such as FP& A and External Reporting.

• Managing accounting operations and ensuring timely monthly/quarterly close processes.
• Streamlining and automating accounting procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Leading due diligence processes for acquisitions.
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, reports, and reconciliations.
• Spearheading the implementation of shared services and KPI reporting.
• Overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Leading external audit processes and enhancing internal controls.
• Collaborating with finance teams to improve processes.
• Demonstrating decision-making skills and promoting employee engagement.
• Leading remote teams and fostering professional relationships.

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
• Self-starter and strong ethical standards
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
• Our client prefers candidates with proven global consolidations experience
• Knowledge of M& A due diligence and purchase accounting is strongly preferred
• Ideally the right candidate should have experience with HFM and/or OneStream
• Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentation
