- lead the Operations team for the SEF division of a global leader of derivatives execution.
- multiple trading franchises for both ‘required’ and ‘permitted’ fixed income, equity, and forex exchange derivatives for daily trade processing, settlement, and clearing with your team on a 24 hour basis.
- Ad-hoc queries and reporting.
- with multiple businesses both inside the SEF and within the broader firm.
- support and help drive strategic firm operational involving SEF division and derivatives trading.
- with legal & compliance teams on SEF and other regulatory topics within a complex regulatory environment.
- with the technology team & project management on operational systems enhancement and long term strategic systems goals.
- service excellence standards, including coaching and educating SEF Operations support staff on client experience & best practices.
- and make recommendations in hiring, promoting, disciplining and clearing & settlements staff.
Ideal Candidate will:

- excellent product knowledge of fixed income, equity and Forex derivative settlement and clearing procedures.
- than proficient knowledge of Title VII of the Dodd Frank Act.
Qualifications:
- Years clearing & settlements team leadership experience (with minimum 2 years in leadership role.
- compliance, and project management skills strongly preferred.
- Skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint (MS Access a strong plus).
Educational Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required; Business concentration preferred.
