Johnson Controls is seeking experienced “Manager – Total Rewards, HR Operations” who can develop, inspire and lead a team of TR Analysts.
- Transition of services and processes and ensure smooth execution of tasks within timelines.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, self-starter and a problem solver. Identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis and mitigation.
- Well versed with data protection principles, ensure processing of confidential and sensitive information as per applicable laws.
- Manage and deliver on a broad range of Total Rewards processes such as annual performance pay planning, compensation offer proposals, compensation data audit, short term incentive plan deployment, calculation and administration, US benefits / insurance management, invoice management, support transactional mobility management, HRIS, etc.
- Indirect liaison with country and regional HR Services & Solutions, provide support as requested, and build relationships.
- Manage team performance, introduce KPIs / scorecards.
- Stakeholder management – Maintain good relationship with key stakeholder.
- 10 – 12+ years of experience with at least 3 years managing people.
- Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience working in a global or multinational company delivering reporting requirement regionally or globally, preferably in a HR Shared Service set-up.
- Good people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic Comp & Ben technical skills such as job evaluation, market benchmarking analysis, benefit administration, data audits or data reconciliation etc.
- Ability to build partnerships with internal team members, Human Resources and managers, even when they are in other parts of the world
- Experience with Human Resources systems (i.e. Workday, HR ServiceNow)
- Able to operate at a ground level, do not shy away to step in to support the team at process level.
- Has worked on huge data sets in excel. Able to prepare metrics and dashboards with good MS PowerPoint skills.
