We are assisting a multinational Business Service Solution Provider in their search for a talented Senior Accounting Manager, Regional. As the company undergoes a restructuring phase and outsources its accounting function, this role will play a critical part in overseeing the project and acting as a liaison between teams. The position requires frequent travel, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join their growing team.

• Establish and maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls for precise financial and operational processes.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing key assumptions and presenting findings to the management team.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reports to key stakeholders, including the Management Team and shareholders.
• Analyze business operations, scrutinize financial data, and provide guidance on income, expenditures, profitability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors on financial statements, tax returns, and specialized advice.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• 6-8 years relevant experience, at least 3 years at Big 4 / 2nd tier audit firm
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese languages, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in implementing process improvements, system initiatives, and managing shared service centers.
• Willingness to travel frequently
