- Based on the group’s overall strategy and annual operating goals, comprehensively plan the group’s human resources management work, lead the team to formulate the company’s human resources mid- and long-term development plans, implement human resources group management and control, and improve Organizational strength;
- Set up the organizational structure reasonably according to the company’s business development needs, provide the company’s decision-makers with suggestions on human resources, organizational structure, etc., and strive to improve the company’s comprehensive management level and control human resource costs;
- Organize and formulate the group HR The three-pillar system, various human resources related management rules and regulations, implementation details and work processes, ensure the orderly implementation of the human resources system and various tasks;
- Identify and diagnose the needs and pain points of business development, from the perspective of organization, talent, culture Provide effective human resources solutions in three dimensions and formulate effective talent development strategies;
- Responsible for the talent introduction, evaluation and development of the group’s core management team, and build an internal talent echelon;
- Through the design of the human resources shared service system and In daily operations, pay attention to employee service experience and deliver high-quality and efficient HR services;
- Regularly analyze the company’s human resources status, propose suggestions and measures to improve management and work efficiency to the CEO, and continuously improve the company’s management level.
- Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or above, a master’s degree is preferred, and majors in human resources management and psychology are preferred;
- More than 10 years of experience in human resources management of large and medium-sized groups, and more than 3 years of working experience as vice president of group human resources;
- Have management experience in enterprises with a scale of more than 5,000 people, and have a certain understanding of the characteristics of the To B industry;
- Strong team management ability, meticulous and rigorous work, and the ability to strategically forward-thinking and control the overall situation;
- Ability to break problems and have clear ideas, Have the core underlying logic of human resources, have excellent promotion capabilities and external resource integration capabilities; be able to undertake high-load work, have good teamwork spirit and management capabilities, have a strong sense of responsibility, work dedication, and have strong innovation and promotion capabilities ability.
