  • Align Finance Shared Services’ activities and resources with the company’s priorities, corporate policies and accounting/legal requirements
  • Develop and manage the SSC team, setting objectives and provide feedback to ensure fulfilment of targets set
  • Track SSC team’s performance against the set KPI’s; ensure that targets and deadlines defined in KPIs are met according to BU’s expectations and agreement
  • Improve the key metrics needed to track the performance of the SSC in order to help moving towards best practice benchmarks, including lower processing costs
  • Supervise the standardization effort to unify performance of currently handled processes & implementation of new processes within SSC scope
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting activities and assist in the variance analysis (budget vs actuals) for the SSC Entity
  • Based on the scope and forecast, identify the recruitments needs both in regards to team size and profiles for recruited employees
  • Ensure business continuity regardless of changing business circumstances
  • Support implementation of new Oracle ERP within the company in areas within SSC Scope
  • Project management and coordination, implementation of the company’s strategic and business plans, identifying threats and areas requiring improvement, assigning priorities
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as requested by the Chief Accounting Officer
  • Degree level within finance-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Finance including managing large teams; experience in an International Shared Services sector is preferred
  • Understanding of the specific principles of shared services operating model, its methodologies and related best practices
  • Experience in implementing and leveraging technologies to improve financial processes (including but not limited to, workflow automation, data analytic tools, Robotic Process Automation)
  • Very good utilization of MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • Track record in leading intra-department projects & process standardization initiatives; experience in ERP implementation is a plus
  • Experience in managing financial processes (such as OTC, P2P, R2R)
  • Stakeholder-oriented attitude, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (C1), any other European language would be beneficial
