- Support and motivation of a dedicated team for efficient daily tasks and solving complex challenges in the area of shared services
- Management and control of market communication and billing processes in the network and sales for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring outstanding, customer-focused service to strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Effective receivables management to ensure healthy financial performance
- Seamless integration between measuring point operation and EDM for smooth processes
- Responsible for the overall coordination and processing of annual consumption billing
- Active support and motivation of the team in daily tasks and solving complex issues
- Implementation of future-oriented change projects, adapted to changing legal framework conditions
- Support with operational activities of the shared service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Successful business studies or commercial training with experience in the supply industry
- Knowledge of the energy industry, customer billing and market communication
- Team player who enjoys collaboration and motivation
- Very good communication skills for team enthusiasm and customer focus
- Independent, careful and reliable way of working
