Be a key member of the Finance Controllership Team and be primarily responsible for managing the Procure to Pay (P2P) process end to end.

• Ensure complete ownership of all Finance and Account transactions covering all the above areas, month-end/quarter-end/year-end reporting and representation in swim-lane related to the same
• Co-lead and manage digital transformation of all Finance initiatives
• Develop seamless process including process documents, workflows including flawless payment runs
• Implement digital solutions across P2P process including banking solutions around virtual accounts, payment gateways, employee expense management system
• Manage limits of all debt – fund based and non-fund based and compliance to all debt covenants
• Manage operational relationships (lenders, bankers, etc.)
• Ensure documentation, opening, closing, tracking and accounting of all fund based and non-fund based limits – LC, BG, SBLC, TL, FD
• Ensure compliance, tracking and closure of BOE, ORM and IRM outstanding with AD banks
• Manage investments accounting and record keeping
• Lead ERP enhancement projects and automate operational routines relevant to Treasury
• Cash flow and fund flow reporting – application of funds, updating daily, weekly, monthly cash flow Vs reconciliation with accounting
• Build strong vendor, employee reconciliation, dealer reconciliation, inventory reconciliation and balance confirmation framework
• Develop and administer various policy aspects in consultation with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in building strong internal controls for day-to-day operations of P2P cycle
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, bankers on periodic basis
• Work closely with Auditors on quarterly, interim and final statutory audits
• Work closely with Internal Finance teams under CFO organization

Here’s what we are looking for:

• In-depth knowledge and expertise on F&A Operations and Shared services with experience of handling high volumes
• Strong work experience in P2P and banking operations preferably in listed manufacturing or retail industry with debt of more than INR 1000 cr
• Proficiency in MS Office, Expense management tools
• Proficiency on SAP ERP and Ariba
• Ability to build successful relationship across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within strict timelines
• Ability to execute / manage tight service level agreements
