We are partnered with a healthcare company in Philadelphia looking to hire a Corporate Controller to work directly with the CFO to oversee the accounting/finance operations of the organization.

• Perform the month-end close process related to the operations of the Company, including all revenue and cost related accounts, margin analysis and timely reporting of results.
• Manage auditor requests and communications relative to areas of responsibility.
• Communicates timely and effectively with leadership.
• Experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience managing shared services
• Manage staff: workload distribution, training & development, goal setting and performance evaluations of direct reports.
• Act as subject matter expert on critical information technology systems used in areas of responsibility.
• Manage the preparation of ad hoc report writing and projects.
• Review financial processes and internal controls and make recommendations to improve processes whether through the financial systems or change in operations.
• Organize, prioritize and complete several tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform other duties and adhoc projects as assigned and required of the business.
• Consistent and prompt attendance

• 10+ years of job-related experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a lead role managing a large team
• Experienced in managing a shared services team
• Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
• CPA
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley
• Experience working with auditors
