The Head of Infrastructure & IT Security Transformation, Asia, reporting to the Head of IF&S Asia, leads the assessment and implementation of Infrastructure and Security Services transformation initiatives for/with the respective OE’s, as well as ensuring the implementation of Governance Processes and overarching Strategy. This role will lead the IF&IS Asia Transformation team that consists of PMO, PMs and Solution Designers.
- In its ownership of demand, prioritization and overall governance of projects/rollouts, the Regional Head of Infrastructure Transformation interacts with the Head of IT on Allianz Technology side, the regional head of infrastructure, the OE counterparts (mainly CIO and local head of infrastructure) and the regional PMO organization. He/she drives transformation of the infrastructure and security towards a global shared service provider, engage in central initiatives.
- The governance of all Infrastructure related Projects (DCCS, Network, WPS and Network) for Asia OE’s will be responsibility of the Regional Head of Infrastructure Transformation. Additionally, the Head of IF&IS Transformation will act as anchor point to support central initiatives.
- Infrastructure Project Managers and infrastructure solution designer resources will report into the Head of Infrastructure Transformation organization. He/She supervises transformation leads delivering transition, rollout and IT lifecycle projects to the respective OEs.
- The Head of IF&IS Transformation owns the infrastructure project organization to deliver transformation to the OEs.
- Degree in information technology or other comparable technical qualification
- 15+ years of relevant experience from multi-national organizations. The ideal candidate would have experience leading complex programs with transformation objectives, Management of large-scale delivery responsibilities
- Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experienced in managing multi-cultural and geographical dispersed teams through both direct and influence management
